Service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kledd and its related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Kledd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kledd. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@kledd.co if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use automated tools to access the Service at a rate that exceeds normal human usage.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the clothing images and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant Kledd a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your personal wardrobe images to train AI models.
5. Subscription and billing
Kledd offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Premium and Atelier). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
All rights in the Kledd platform, including its design, software, and AI models, are owned by or licensed to Kledd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outfit suggestions will meet your expectations. Outfit recommendations are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kledd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time from the app's profile settings.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kledd is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
