Terms of
Service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kledd and its related services (collectively, the "Service"). Kledd is currently operated by its founder as an individual, from the United Kingdom and Brazil, and is not yet a registered company ("Kledd", "we", "us", or "our"); we will update these Terms when a company is formed. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kledd. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@kledd.co if you suspect unauthorised access.
Guest access. You can try Kledd as a guest without creating an account. Guest data is temporary: it is kept for 30 days after your last activity, some features need a free account, and guest use has limits (for example on AI-generated outfits). Creating an account keeps what you did as a guest. / Você pode experimentar o Kledd como convidado; os dados de convidado são temporários (30 dias após a última atividade) e passam para a sua conta quando você a cria. / Puedes probar Kledd como invitado; los datos de invitado son temporales (30 días tras tu última actividad) y pasan a tu cuenta cuando la creas.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use automated tools to access the Service at a rate that exceeds normal human usage.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
4. Your content
You retain full ownership of the clothing images and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant Kledd a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your personal wardrobe images or data to train AI models.
Your images are stored in a private, encrypted storage bucket. Access is restricted exclusively to your authenticated account via Row Level Security policies — no image is publicly accessible.
5. Subscription and billing
Kledd offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Premium and Atelier). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
6. Shop, partner stores and stylist commissions
Partner stores. The Kledd Shop shows products from partner stores, and its Buy links are affiliate links: when a purchase is made through them, the store may pay Kledd a commission. Purchases are made directly with the partner store, under its own terms, prices, delivery, returns and privacy policies; Kledd is not the seller and is not responsible for the products, prices shown by the store, or the order. Shoppers never pay more because of these links. Product details and availability come from the stores and may change or be out of date; the store's page is the reference.
Disclosure. Affiliate links are labelled in the app and in PDF reports ("Some links earn your stylist and Kledd a commission."). Stylists who recommend pieces to clients through Kledd must not hide or remove this disclosure and must follow the advertising rules that apply to them (for example the UK CAP Code and Brazil's CONAR guidelines).
Who can earn. Only users with stylist mode switched on in Kledd Studio can earn a share of commissions. A sale is credited to the stylist who created the look, or who first shared the item, that the purchase came from; where this cannot be determined, or the person is not a stylist, the commission belongs to Kledd. The stylist's share is shown in their Wallet and may change for future sales with notice.
When commissions are paid. Commissions are released after the partner store confirms the sale and its exchange/return period ends. Until then they appear as pending and may be reduced or cancelled if the order is returned, cancelled or declined by the store. Released commissions appear as available and can be requested once the minimum transfer amount is reached. When you request a transfer, we contact you to arrange payment; we may ask for the information needed to pay you lawfully (for example your legal name and tax details). Kledd only pays out commissions it has actually received from the partner store or network.
Fair use. Buying through your own links to earn a commission, artificial clicks, or any other attempt to manipulate attribution is not allowed. We may withhold or reverse commissions linked to such activity, or that a partner store reverses. You are responsible for any taxes due on commissions you receive.
7. Intellectual property
All rights in the Kledd platform, including its design, software, and AI models, are owned by or licensed to Kledd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outfit suggestions will meet your expectations. Outfit recommendations are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kledd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination and data deletion
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time directly from the app — go to Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete account. You will receive a confirmation email with a one-time link to finalise the deletion. Upon confirmation, your personal data (wardrobe items, images, outfits, wishlist and profile) is permanently and irreversibly deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as commission and payout records), which are kept without anything that identifies you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Commissions that are still pending when a stylist deletes their account may be forfeited.
You may also request a full export of your data from the same screen before deleting your account.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Brazil, the European Union or another country whose consumer laws give you protections that cannot be waived by contract (including Brazil's Consumer Defence Code, Lei nº 8.078/1990), those protections still apply, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
